Fallgirl just go for it, as long as you meet in a safe place away from home, I belong to a horse forum and have now met lots of friends via this.. We do girlie lunches and meet up at big horse events, its great fun. My H used to think I was mad as in the beginning I didnt know some of their real names and would say "H Im off to Surfgirl" I met her last week again in passing at a dressage comp and do you know I still dont know her real name as I just call her Surfy. As long as you play safe get out there and have fun.
