D18 is actually inching along, too. School (she says) is good. Work is good. Apartment life is awesome. The boyfriend is now at school - nearer to you - at Concordia Lutheran (Mequon), so I'm sure she'll be scootin' out of town on the weekends soon. Good thing she's not going this weekend, since you're gone. I may need you to play back up Mom sometime if she gets herself in trouble up there sometime! LOL I just met her at the "boutique" that I love, and let her take advantage of their end of the summer sales (jeans, strappy sandals, and cute tanks). She was thrilled. I don't usually let her go there too often. It's more Mom priced than teen girl priced, but she IS her Mother's Daughter!
Soccer tournament this weekend in town. LD picnic at a friends (kids go to school w/my kids), and, you got it... The Skinny B!tch Margarita's have been requested!
Lunch w/the BFF today. New place called Olive. Martini time?
Football game in ELGIN this evening... It's our Varsity team... S12 thinks he has to make an appearance at every one, you know. The girlfriend and Mom and riding with us. Her Mom is fun, so I'm ok. S9 has his nose out of joint, because "girlfriends are GAY! Why does SHE always have to come with?" So, now we have S9's BFF with, as well!
Off to shower. If I get ready quick enough, I can hit this cute new boutique next to our lunch stop first!
