Gut says: she's fighting with herself right now, not you at all. It might be instructive (or at least, entertaining) to stop trying to be rational at her and basically just start repeating stuff back to her (not in a "I'm going to say everything you say, nyah nyah" way, but more Imago-y -- "So, you're saying that ......fitb".)
