BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!! You know what I've said about enforcing child support once they lose their job. Mine still doesn't have a decent job and the state warned me that if I petition for what he's in arrears the judge would most likely throw out the judgment and reduce the CS to his current income level which would leave me with nothing at all. Dan knows all of this BBJ. He knows how the system works and frankly I'm convinced he's pulling this crap in order to either 1)stop you from filing right now so that he has more time to hide more assets. or 2)Plans to tank his finances due to 'unemployment' so that when the D is finalized he will have nothing left of any real value and you will be left with all of his debt since it was aquired while you were M'd.

I hate to think this way of anyone, really I do, but Dan is a manipulative SOB!!!!! GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
