This is a boundary that you shouldn't let go. You told her to be transparent about OM which is fine, but you also shouldn't have to listen to every detail.

This is exactly what spouses in A do. They mention the OP so that it seems tranparent. If you're uncomfortable, tell her.

I've since mentioned it, and told her I really don't want to hear that name ever, unless it is pertinent to some work story. She said she didn't realize it bothered me and agreed to not mention him, although she said she thought I wanted to hear about things at work.
