Not trying to be a smart @ss here, but dear Jeff, you are NOT married, for a long time now. And lets say we fast forward 120 days and you get a paper in your hands, would you put it up on your wall telling your kids you got the official divorce? Would you make a fuss over it with them?
What I mean is that the legal part of the process IMHO, shouldnt be bothering you right now. You guys have separate houses, your lives are separated, the kids seem to adjust well.
The only part I would be a little worried about is that SHE told them, and she needs to be clear that's none of her business and that maybe, just maybe, again IMHO, its a little too soon for the kids to hear about their dad's dates. Especially if it's not something serious yet?
