Good morning, my friend ((((MF)))),

Are your soccer games a go? It's rainy/thundering here, and a whopping 51 degrees, w/the wind howling in from the lake. Don't even WANT to know what the wind chill is, I'd probably kill myself.

Although D19 is moving back to school today, so better cooler than hot. D17 and I are going w/her, but they'll be dropping me at the Children's Hospital to spend some time with Joey. That'll give his parents time to run back home, shower, etc. The girls pointed out that I'm not much help with the actualy MOVING of stuff (true), and they've lined up a half dozen young men to do the schlepping for them - MINIONS!! I guess I've raised them right, after all.

It sounds like you're doing well with your goals. I don't think that you're having a problem detaching. Just because you cried the other night, that doesn't mean you're not detaching. Detaching is about letting go of outcomes and expectations, - it does not mean that you don't care anymore, or that it's not going to hurt sometimes. You're doing a great job, honey.

Well, off to Milwaukee!

I'm going to look at the thread for the clothes you bought. Maybe tomorrow.
