Watch for the baton twirler - I believe she is at the beginning of the Argos game tonight, perhaps halftime. I know her very well - used to twirl on the Canadian team with my daughter. Like me, her mom is a baton coach. Her name is Kyla.
Glad your dr gave you something to help. I am not a personal fan of ADs although they have worked well for some. I also don't like taking sleeping pills but to each his own. Sometimes a diagnosis of allergies hits the nail on the head. But only you can decide these things. See how it goes. Wishing you peace.
