UPDATE ON GOALS

--- Dinner and homework with my boys after practice every night in the kitchen - Sounds odd, but we've been so busy, and our schedules started out the school year chaotic again, that I feel like we're all living next to each other, not along with each other. Last Thursday, and last night we've come home from football/soccer training, and they did their homework at the table, while I cooked them (their third) a real dinner. Fun times! We were in there from about 7:30-9, but we got it done, and they had a healthy dinner. NOTE: We were never unhealthy, just grabbing something quick, everyone do their own thing, retreat to rooms... TOO MUCH BUSYNESS

DOING GOOD. We were able to do this the nights they had sports in the evening.

DOING GOOD, EXCEPT for yesterday... Good b-fast and okay lunch, but the party last night was a killer... Mostly healthy stuff, though, and I did not drink big glasses of wine, or a martini... I had those 64 calorie light beers. They're actually not bad if you have them super cold!

--- An exercise class @ least 4 times/week

DOING REALLY GOOD! Two exercise classes, couldn't get more in as the boys soccer training was cancelled due to rain. However, I've walked three miles w/ankle weights on three mornings this week. Takes about 45 minutes each time. And, it's a good time w/a friend.

--- One salon treatment per week (:)) Next week it's micro-derm!

DOING GOOD! Mani, Pedi and eyebrow wax this week. (FUNNY STORY... Last night my newly divorced friend was at the party -- who is BEAUTIFUL inside and out -- is at the party, and she, the BFF and the other BFF and I are all at table drinking/eating/laughing... Showed them my nails, new eyebrow wax, and told them about the exercising and losing three pounds this week. BFF says, "MB/MF --- WHO AM I? LOL --- Do you have a new boyfriend or something?" LOL)

--- Reading on the hammock 2x/week

DOING BAD - It's rained every day since I published this goal. BLAH

GOALS re: MARRIAGE
--- Continue the sllllloooooooow process of detaching.

DOING BAD... Cried/Sobbed last night all the way home from the party, as one of my BFF's was telling a funny story about H - and a comment about something intimate he had said once - perfectly ok. It made me so sad, though, to think that he couldn't/wouldn't make a joke like that now.

--- Show appreciation of the good in what we have.

DOING GOOD - When sons had practices cancelled on Wednesday, took the time to make a great dinner, w/favorites of everyone... spent a long time eating, laughing, cleaning up together.

--- Rock the new figure as it re-appears!

WHEN IT APPEARS I WILL!

--- Have this weight off by mid-Sept, so I can see what kind of confidence unfolds. Then, f'n use it!
