No word about ESE yet. Poor D9 has been doing hours of homework every night. I talked to her teacher, and it's not supposed to take so long. It's basically school and homework, shower, and sleep. Wake up and repeat.

I wound up talking to H tonight when S hung up on his dad and refused to talk to him anymore. So I answered when he called back. Told him about D9 and he said he thinks I should stop taking her to activities. She wants to be in girl scouts, does an afterschool program (we both do) on Tuesday, and art club for an hour on Friday. I just think life should be more than just school/homework. I started getting upset so he said he's going to email about it.

I talked to one of D9's teachers (said she tries really hard but can't keep up with the other kids). I was talking to her about my looking for a job (she asked actually when I told her of our divorce) and she said the job I applied to at D9's school had 180 applicants many of whom had Master's degrees. crazy
