Your trip sounds like an incredible adventure!!!!!!!! Half the fun is the anticipation and planning. One of my favorite things to do in the LA area is Universal Studios Hollywood . I am a HUGE movie fan. For me Universal Studios was MUCH more fun than the tour of the stars homes and the Hollywood walk of fame.
I thought Universal was a lot more fun than Disney. I haven't been to LA since California Adventure went up but I do really enjoy the two Universal parks in Orlando. Just my 2 cents.

Universal is neat, but it's not half as good as the Universal's in Orlando.
What exactly are you interested in about Hollywood Julia? The movie history (not much left), houses of the famous (you'll only get to see a front gate and large block walls for the most part), the Hollywood sign (you can see it from the 101 freeway if the smog isn't too thick )?

I'm taking notes from you Professor Julia. The response is perfect! It's weird.....my husband just took a 6 day vacation trip to visit childhood friends, texted me after he arrived and then sent me a long e-mail the day he returned....just like he would have when we were together. This tells us that they are still thinking about us, doesn't it?
Does your H value affluence? Just curious since it seems he is mentioning the first class plane upgrade a lot. Jody had me start a list of things that seemed to be "valued by my H" and things "that catch H's attention". These are helpful in trying to keep the lines of communication open.
Hi JCJ - I loved your response too but I marvel more at how you can be so laid back about H jetting off with OW.
A few weeks back, my H text to tell me that he had arrived safely at interstate airport (something that we always did when either were travelling alone) and I just felt that he was rubbing salt in to my wounds. I told him not to do it again and so he has not. He did text me about two weeks ago though, after a communication from me, to say that he was not yet back in town ... followed up by a message a few hours later to say that he had arrived and would visit soon (which he did).
He did the same with texting a photo to me, when I was back in the UK. I asked him not to as I found it too upsetting but when I sent a text photo of the puss, he called it blackmail ... go figure!
Do you not find this hurtful or am I the only one who remains as confused about everything as when this all first kicked off? Am I missing a trick here? I do agree with whoever it was that said it shows they must be still thinking of us .. ??
