Well, I e-mailed her and told her I was taking this one job and would likely take some other part-time job as well.

Then I said either she could come up here, or (at the very least) I would be down to visit for the Holidays. We'll see how she responds to that. If she threatens or implies in anyway she'll cut off the kids from access to me, I'll have a lawyer immediately.
