Mish, I am forgetting....does he have an IEP? One of the modifications that the school can make, if he is deemed eligible for services, is to have an adult check his planner BEFORE he leaves for the day and help him pack his bag to take home...
He might just have to go into school every day early for him to "catch up" with homework he did the night before - having to be up earlier might motivate him to get it done when it is supposed to be done...
