Well, some good news (I hope).

I was offered a part time teaching job at the local community college (well, good news for me - but it's because the usual teacher for the class has a family medical emergency, so it's not all good news).

I e-mailed my wife to let her know. My biggest fear is that if she does file (she legally can in two weeks), I'd have to fly down to AZ a lot to appear in court, etc. Not cool. I guess I'll need a lawyer who can represent me.

Since one of her concerns was I seemed unable to get hired, maybe this will help. Or perhaps not. This is good news for me though, as it will keep me in the teaching game, so it will look good on my resume and help me get a full time job next year (job list goes up next month!)

I don't know what her response will be, but I have to move on. Best case at this point is that she decides not to file and gives me some time to (at least) get established somewhere.
