MB, I think you are doing an amazing job! You're doing the best you can! Don't give yourself a hard time.
At the same time, like pearl told me, don't ignore signs you don't want to see. I was guilty of that and I still don't know anything for sure, but I am not ignoring the signs and have changed my approach a bit. It seems to have gotten some result actually.
