I suspect, however, that she won't find your threat credible because you've taken so long to really do anything, and you'll have to follow thru with a contested action.
You may be correct in your statement. If this is the case, I can afford a lawyer without going into debt and at this point(unless OM is willing to foot the bill)I don't believe that she can. I don't see why she would want to contest though as I have seen no real indication, interest or action that would lead me to believe that she doesn't want a divorce or that she wants custody of my D. Soooo, I guess we'll see is the answer. I hope in this case, you are wrong as it has been painful enough without being dragged out.
