Oh, I have a cute one too. S15 last night asked me if public schools let kids take off their birthday (like we did when we were homeschooling although we homeschooled summers though). I said I think they should, but no. He said he figured.
H emailed me about half a dozen times and me back. All kid-related but he couldn't resist one of them asking me if I had a job yet? (I've been applying to the schools now for 10 days or so!) I just ignored that. My son's teacher aide ($13,000 a year) btw has a master's in education and was a teacher in his last town and now has to be an aide! Our town is horrible for teaching jobs!!!
