Hey BBJ, I was in and out all weekend....badabing....thank you very much...I am here all week....try the veal....don't forget to tip the waitress! Hey ladies, do not conspire to get me in trouble...i can do that all by myself.... Very nice weeked....sis invited me and NGF (and D8) to an impromptu pool party / BBq with another couple. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Now if I can just improve my putting, I would have had the perfect weekend...ooh well there is always next weekend!
Well, I am chatting with a friend and i get a call from the ex who called me for two reasons. the first is that she wanted to speak with D* and the second is work related. Justr like old times. I listened and gave my opinion as always. Made some silly remarks and she mentionned my NGF and how maybe she would not like that. Seemed like old times....kind of. So no later do i hang up with her that the stepdaughter calls (I guess that would be XSD).. She invited me to supper at her new abode tommorow night. Says she misses me yada yada yada. Guess I need to read my horoscope .... all these people missing me. Even my buddy from Boston e-mailed me. Decided to take the afternoon off pickup NGF's daughter (she turns 12 on Thursday) and bring her and D* shopping. Bday gift etc. Who said I am not a nice guy?

What did XW mean by her remark - that she doesn't like the fact you have a NGF??? I guess it's upsetting to her that you're moving forward. Isn't it too bad for her.

Yeah, reality sucks for them too sometimes doesn't it?? Glad your weekend was fun, work on the putting but the other recreational activities sound like they are going well...
Just to clarify her remark (I guess I did not express myself well). One of the things she told me is to pickup a magazine that she has an article in. So I asked why, do you talk about me? Just making some dumb jokes. Another dumb joke was that I would put it in my magazine rack next to the ivory tower (toilet). It is then that she said that my NGF would probably not like that because there are several nice pictures of her that I will like. Not sure what that means because i did not get the magazine. So there is the clarification. I am not sure that life sucks for her. She just likes to share some of her "stuff" sometimes with someone who has supported her in the past. Little shopping spree went well...girls had a good time and I did my best to stay out of their way. Today, i am invited to stepdaughter's (ex)house for supper. I think I will invite her over instead....they are struggling financially I am sure. Tommorow, NGF and I have taken the day off and will head down to Saratoga NY to watch the ponies run (her D and D8 are tagging along). Her son has decided to pass....he said as he exhaled with relief.
