So, how would I know? Straight up... "Hey H, I'm not believing your ILYBNILWY bit anymore. I see you love me. I feel you love me. Tell me, do you have some issues with erections I should know about? Because, if so, my God, that can be fixed! Help me out here! I'm in misery!!!"

I know you're are kidding but I believe at some point you will get to the point Thinker has gotten to and say whatever the heck* you feel like saying or do whatever the heck* you feel like doing because what's the worst that could happen? He'll divorce you??? For asking if his parts are working alright?

Ok, you can get him on your lap with some chow...So, doesn't he have a favorite spot he likes you to scratch?

Depends on the dog, I guess. I had a chow once that acted a lot like a cat.

...But I get your drift ;-)

Silverado.

You're not stirring anything up that doesn't surface daily. I appreciate your input.

I like the disappearing while he's home!

And, I hear what you're saying about depression. Not sure how long you've followed, but the ILY speech came right after a major IRS issue, right after doing a complete restore/remodel of our 1911 home (10,000 square feet!) that he wanted to flip, not live in..., sending us into some nice debt, etc... You're right about the depression being a possibility, too. And, at one point, when cornered he would talk of "leaving all of us behind, driving into a tree, etc..."

We have come a long way. Thank you thank you for coming on in my thread.

AAK -

We have a herd of elephants. Amazing how they fit in our master bedroom, eh?

You're right about the point (thinker) that will come. I've bitten my tongue so many times, it's sick and unhealthy.

Scratch? LOL Ummmmm Let me think about that!

Just to be clear, "scratch" is code, or not, depends on what he's into.

Hey MB,

Since I teach pre-schoolers, they only attend school four days a week. They don't attend on Wednesdays, that is when we get our prep time. Most teachers get their prep time throughout the week, when their students are at gym, art, music, etc.

In our program, we do all of the programming - so I'm the gym teacher, art teacher, music teacher, etc. So, essentially when the students are there, I'm with them every second - no prep time.

Hence, Wednesday is all prep time - no student contact. I could always meet you on a Wednesday. I'll just take half a day off.

So, aim for a Wednesday, and let me know.

Lots of action on here last night, I need to catch up.

Have a great day!

Stace
