Well, I found out that basically the wife doesn't have a leg to stand on if we go to court with regards to custody of D. Other than that, it costs a butt load of money to get divorced. So, let's see-- it seems I'm still paying for sex even though I didn't get any--but the wife did or is for that matter--no wonder she hasn't filed, she can't afford to!!!

I hope she doesn't sleep well at night.
