Highjack Alert!!! Sorry for highjacking,.......Silent Cheerleader, how did you figure out how to take your garbage disposal apart and fix it? Mine hasn't worked for about 9 months and I don't want to pay someone to fix it.
Mishka, I agree with others' advice to have a medical evaluation.....but before you do that I would suggest giving yourself a REAL rest (as much as is possible) for at least 5 days to see if that improves your symptoms at least somewhat. That little test will give you some important information to tell the doctor when you see him/her. This means taking time for yourself and sleeping at least 7 hours/night. Our bodies are not perpetual motion machines....you take your car in for tune-ups.....your body needs time to replenish and repair itself too!
