There is sure no reason to apologize. I wish you had a real life person to help you on days like this. I can feel that getting through stuff like this alone is hard. I know, you've been doing it for years. You can handle it. I know how tough you are! But it's ok to need a friend now and then, too.

S14 was asleep on the couch when I went to put them to bed! He has to be out of the house just a little after 6 four days a week for zero-hour conditioning for football. And then has practice after school. I think by the end of the week he is done in! S11 was cooperative, and went right to bed!
My "new" name appeared one morning, a moderator was having a little fun with me! She's not a mod any more, her priorities changed, and she didn't have time to devote to it, I think. Had disagreements now and then, but we always seemed to get over it!
It's not 50 here! It's only supposed to get in the lowish 90's today. Finally the monsoon seems to be bringing a bit of moisture into the air. It started great, back at the beginning of July, but the last few weeks have been pretty dry. It's been spitting a little rain off and on already today, and there are some storms about. And it poured last night, at least for a while. We get about half of our 12 inches (of rain!) in July and August, so we need it!

S14 spent the morning doing fund raising for football. I managed to track down a charger for my phone, since I managed to leave my car charger in my car (at the shop) and my wall charger in my to-be-in-laws car (now also at the shop). What are the odds of that? I rented a car yesterday, since my car wasn't going to be done until at least Monday. After I got it I found out that the part they were waiting for came in, and was the wrong one! So, more waiting!
I bought tickets the kids and I to go to the "Twist and Shout" show tonight... hopefully they will enjoy it!
