Job offer -- my last boss called and there is a postion in ECK - Early Childhood Kindergarten - he's offering it.
Pro's - out of this fresh he!!, back to a man boss (all it takes is one button undone, I get my way), and five of the children in that class were with me for two years - good for them, especially those on the autism spectrum).
Con's - pre-school is my passion, I lose control of the classroom ( just the sped (special education)teacher.
I wrote a really long post to you -- and then I sort of sifted and the cable pulled out and it was lost
I hate when that happens!

Hmmmm, an even playing field! I don't actually know what mine is, but I know it is up there. I think they just said over 150...

You're such a flirt - why are you still married?
Not that I knock that - but you seem so ready to move on - what's the deal??
I'm ready to move on. I have to get the paperwork done to split my retirement accounts, it's a pain in the neck, and costs a lot for very little! After that its just a matter of the actual D filing, which we can do ourselves, as long as we agree. I've already refinanced the house, and bought her out, she's bought her house. Our "stuff" is basically split, and we aren't fighting over the kids, so it should go pretty quickly.
I need to set a deadline on myself, and finish it off.

Post, and we can kick it around. At one level it's true, but at another level, it isn't personal. That's important to remember.

Hmmmmmm.....
Well, at first glance..... it looks like the cons outweigh the pros. I know you have boss problems, but I think you might well outlast the boss. And it seems you have already mastered the workaround.
As far as the kids you've had before, this year would be good for them, but then, they'd move on, right? So, it's a one year pro, but isn't a long term pro, from what I can see.
If preschool is your passion, and you have more control, it sounds like you are better where you are.
Of course, then there are the other issues.... pay, benefits, distance from home, blah, blah, blah.... I was guessing those are similar, but you can enlighten me!
