PERFECT science background. Worked in a lab for two years out of school. Last two years he's been a recruiter for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, placing LAB PEOPLE! And, his territory is mine, so he knows all of the companies, and probably placed people in the labs we would need! LOVE HIM!
I think he's fairly cheap, too... Considering he's young, and his car... Did I mention he's cute? In a boy scout, boy next door, kind of way... Just darling!

H calls me this evening, checking on the interview I had to do, etc... SUPER nice. I, actually, shouldn't complain about his temperament. He's, for the most part, very nice.
I'm tired of nice though. How about some sparks?! I think that's why I got so fiesty today. I think it worked, though. He's not the type to really give in... And, he did.

So, he shows up, in his navy suit, lookin' sharp, hair done, smelling good. Now, remember, we're at Happy Joe's! LOL And, I'm there in a casual grey jersey cotton t-shirt dress and sandals. I have S9 and friend, in tow, already raising hel!. We sit down, say hello, and I have a pitcher of beer delivered to the table. I told him, "First of all... RELAX, take that jacket off, and have a beer. It's really ok. If you don't get along with me, this isn't going to work. I know you're qualified, so it's, frankly, all about me liking you."
So, we're interviewing in Happy Joes, havin' beer, kids with, and, OF COURSE there's a birthday at the booth next to us!
