I like sailing... though it has been a long time since I sailed. Even longer than..... well, never mind that!
I can see enjoying the view of the water. Though the mountains are pretty nice, in their own right. I think I have figured out why people like San Diego....
It sounds to me like the principal would be happy if the earth opened up and swallowed your classroom. Maybe she'll be struck by a meteorite!
