Wdid, are you psychic? H just emailed me good news, S15 is set to start high school Monday and orientation in 2 days. They've agreed to special ed services for him. I emailed back I haven't agreed to that yet, I have heard nothing from the school about that (have been dealing with S9's situation this week), and I'm forwarding it to my attorney. S15 is the one with severe social/learning disabilities.
I just met with several people from the administration and ESE from the school D9 is zoned for. Their new rules require no special ed until they've been in the classroom for a lengthy period of time and not been successful. I can't agree to that, so prob. a huge fight about all this stuff.
