Interesting development this week. She e-mailed me telling me she needed a rather substantial amount of money in order "to pay her parents back for taking care of her and the kids."

Very odd. I told her that if her parents really needed the money, it would have to wait until October - but that I needed more information before I handed the money over (especially since I'm falling behind in my goal to pay off my credit cards by the end of the year).

She hasn't responded yet. I can sort of see why she might request it, because she has always hated feeling like she was taking advantage of people and doesn't like to receive help or service from others, but her parents are rich, rich, rich. SO, it seemed just slightly fishy to me.

It may be innocent, but I'm only gonna pay her parents back if I get my family back. They've been pushing her to leave me ever since we were engaged.
