Sounds like you got your life on pretty good track! All sounds great! I agree with you letting your kids express their thoughts in front of their mom. They need to hear it. I'm not going to make my kids say it in front of her by reminding them or something, but I'm not going to say not to say it in front of her. It was her decision to leave, and these are the consequences.
