I guess I thought things were getting better over the last two weeks. I was wrong.
My W told me today that she has seen all the changes I have made, loves me, thinks I am an amazing person. But, she has closed her heart to me. She told me I am her best friend and she wants us to always be friends.
She is filing for divorce this week. She wants to tell the kids tonight.
I am at a loss as to what to do. I know I need to move to LRT. Any help would be appreciated.

I know this sounds crazy...it is. My W came to me and said she thought things over and she will commit to working on M until after the Christmas holidays. If she still isn't feeling differnetly she said she would file for D.
I have no idea what is going on....

I'd say she is second guessing herself, at least a little. Make time your friend. You can't push, but you can keep up working on you. And the next time it comes up, you don't bring it up, see if she can tell you what working on the M looks like to her.
