I get out about once a week, but mostly out at a bar with one or more guy friends. Lots of fun, and good for me, but not really "flirt" events (see discussion above about my (hetero)sexuality... wink laugh )

I have been avoiding being in a situation where I would have an opportunity to flirt because I am afraid of going too far. I wonder if I should try anyway. It would be nice to have someone interested in me again. I think it would feel good and help me gain self esteem.

Do it not for it to lead somewhere or get a woman interested in you. Do it b/c the more you become comfortable doing it the more your self esteem will grow. It's the best jolt for your confidence.

Just don't drink too much and I'm sure you'll be fine.

I fought Gucci on this. I am telling you that getting some attention did wonders for me.

You can control yourself, you wont accidently end up in bed with someone.

Thinker,

google "art of manliness" and read some of the articles on the website. Some of it is in jest, but I do think it has some merit.

Carry a pocketknife . . . that is a good article to start with.

Also, most women (people?) like to be prusued. Pruse your wife. All day long. Touch her when you pass. Make eye contact with her and make her break it. Don't try to be her friend. Be her lover.

But I can change . . .
If I have to . . .
I guess . . .

Uh, Thinker, I don't need to tell you not to follow this advice, do I?

Because pursuing her makes no sense.
