Along these lines, I wonder if it is a good or bad thing to initiate in my sitch. It has been several months. We have no physical contact and no signs even subtle from W that she wants to. There is no OM. My IC says I should bring up the sex issue with her. Co-workers say just jump in and initiate. Would initiation be considered pursuing? I thought it might.
