Body art?

One time when H and I were on vacation in Florida, Sports Illustrated had just come out with their regular swimsuit issue (I assume they still do that, haven't looked lately)...except the swimsuits were all painted on the models. The writer of the accompanying article described them as being "clothed only in about half a shot glass of paint." The illusion was surprisingly realistic. They had sidebars on the artists who created the painted body art for the story, and exactly how it was done.

My H, inspired by that article/pictures, bought some washable kids' paint and talked me into being the canvas for his attempt at the process. We discovered that it is a lot harder and more time-consuming to do than it looked in the article, and also that the best results require the model to ruthlessly remove every hair from her body from the neck south. And I felt funny undressing for a few days because I had these blue patches on my skin in odd places. "Washable" is a relative term when it comes to paint.

Just here to add to the entertainment factor! wink I'm a teetotaler, but I wouldn't say no to a virgin strawberry daiquiri if it were offered to me! grin

Peace,
Dawn

MW,

Dude, you're gonna have a heck of a bill here...

Let's see,

With all of the Margarita's, Martini's, Virgin (? ) daiquiris, Imported beer, flavored Vodka ( didn't forget T2 )....

May be cheaper to "rent" the ABC store for the evening...

Plus Jim's Shirley Temples (one or two umbrellas ? ) !

Dude, not much left....

It is. Interesting flavors ... Clementine, for one.
