I've gone through the IEP process before with S15 but it was a couple years ago. I researched the 60 day thing on that website you linked to and found this:

So that's how I think they stretch it out a bit longer to 6 months (b/c of holidays and weekends and planning days) in my S15's case.

I'm thinking about homeschooling her part-time or full-time then if it's going to take 3-6 months. I just don't see the point in setting someone up for at least a high level of stress (she has meltdowns when frustrated) or worse...Karen
