This struck me hard. I have NO idea if it's something he's going through but I also find it so much easier to talk through my "poo" with others. Two very good friends in detail but three others that know my sitch but not all the details - these three my wife doesn't know from a bar of soap. I'm not sure how I would handle talking to W (when we do start talking that is!) in such detail because it may hurt her.
