did the nearly two mile run today with my pace dog at my side. I need to find a better way to cheat in the last 70 yard mad dash sprint against her ..just when I think I got her worn out she seems to find 6th gear and gets out in front. She only beat me by a couple dog lengths today though .. I am gonna catch her on an off day and blow by her. She is almost as quick as a jack rabbit ..speaking of she nearly caught one a couple weeks back. She was on its tail for a good stretch. She probably would have jumped back out of fright. She is way too tenderhearted.
