My lawyers said requesting a DNA test will hurt my cause so he suggested using an internet kit.
I don't understand unless your W has to be notified about it. Anyway, I do know one person who did that with an Internet kit and it workded great and sure gave him the peace of mind he needed.
My lawyer said that I can currently move forward with the position of doing what is in the best interest of the boys. If I ask for something like that, how is that in the best interest of the boys?
I did chat with my lawyer again today. He tried to contact her lawyer, but he is out of town till next week. Major bummer.....
