so yesterday h got home from work around 1 and we all took off to get some lunch and hope that the rain would cease so we could go through the corn maze. We actually made it through the maze without cheating!!! don't know how we did it (if any of you have ever gone through a corn maze you can appreciate our success), it was fun to think back over the past couple of years going there...the first year with dd in a front pack (she was 2months) last year dd in the backpack carrier and this year dd walking some and some riding on my and h's shoulders.
I went out afterward to meet up with my friends at a resteraunt. When I got back to my car for the ride back to one of their houses there was a message on my cell from h. "just sharing a thought" about the game and the message nicely ended with an ILY!
H has gone to the football game today it's a 1pm game so he shouldn't be home too late but I wont expect him til a bit after the kiddos are in bed.
