That's what I thought. So rather than rambling on about loss and flowery speeches. What is your plan of action now?
It's been a week and you backslid. We all do. God knows I've backslid tons of times but I learn from them, write it down and make sure it doesn't happen again.
God helps those who helps themselves.
What is your plan of action now?

Fair enough. Although I'm not sure how you could judge credibility. We all post based on our own experiences and how we see things. I was able to attract my W back. Slowly based on what other people taught me about detachment. Things are going great for me, but if I came home and found the house empty, I'd be just as happy sincerely.
It's just that I had read enough of your posts (even before) to realize that you never did detach from your W which threw you for the current loop that you're in now.
But any way it's just my 2 cents and not a professional opinion.
Good luck to you.

Ted, you will notice I didn't say "snap out of it"!
Remember, detaching isn't giving up. It isn't quitting. It's just giving yourself permission to breath.
i think you took the wrong connotation of what I meant by snap out of it. I have a pretty solid awarenes of what it means to detach. I have been way too blitzed with things from left right and allover of late to be able to focuss much on anything.
I'll accept that you have a good awareness of what it means to detach, I think it would serve you well to put it into action.
The point being that you have shown the patience to keep going. So let the current crap flow under the bridge, and once it's gone, get up, and keep on.
