I survived my counseling session today. It was really rough and we didn't even get into the 'self-hate' stuff today. It was just a getting to know you session. I had filled out a LONG questionaire and sent to them before I went so she had a lot of my background which she touched on. It was ok. I'm going back next week.

Marc survived his first day of high school without trauma so that was good. He's quite excited about it.
