W at my house now. Told D I though she was a great person, told W she was a great mother (gagging on those words) and you two need to talk. W blew it off and took the opportunity to tell D what she was doing wrong. I don't think she understands the damage she is doing here. May not matter as it sounds like W wants to join AF Reserves. Calculate that as 8 months OCS. 4 months active deployment per year. Having a hard time looking at her today. Guess I need to change my parenting plan to full custody.
