The Facebook and MySpace pages are brutal. I have had to stop checking my wife's. It was preventing me from detaching. I hated seeing how she had so many people that she liked/got along with...knowing that I, her husband, was not part of this croud.
Just a suggestion, but I would stop checking her page. Nothing good can come from it.
