FIrst of all, she said "why is there a picture of a woman on the phone?" My wallpaper had always been a picture of her. Now it is a picture of Kate Winslet (who, BTW, is dreamy!)
I wouldn't even respond to this other than to say it is Kate Winslet. Leave it at that.

Exactly what did you tell her? Why didn't you just say that you were expecting the call and not give her any more info? She would still figure it out, but you don't have to come completely clean on everything you do, think, or say to someone else.
