On the night of the bomb, I found their emails to each other that spoke of just enough intimacy to suggest the A was a bit more than emotional. And knowing my xW enough to know that were she to ever get that close to someone, in that kind of situation, she wouldn't let it be just emotional.
But after being "gaslighted" by her for months and months and her repeated denials, I got fed up and hired a P-I. They gave me both video surveillance footage and mostly circumstantial evidence of their nefarious activities, but it was the proof I needed to show that xW and OM had both the will and the means to their affair. It would be enough to satisfy a court of law.
The fee was expensive. But my goal was not so much to bring evidence to court but for my own piece of mind. It showed up xW for who she really is (or has become).
