If he does the one week on one week off, he will be trying to avoid paying child support. We know he has been trying to do that anyway. Make sure your L knows that they are stuck in the apartment all day and aren't allowed to go out. Real educational, NOT!! How would Daniel do all of the homeschooling? Is H saying he is going to do that with him when he gets home and give up OW time? Doubt it. Don't agree to it.
