This is merely my personal feelings and observation.
Of all the X “Shareholders / owners of the Company” you are the only one who acts exactly like a typical employee, ones that knows their rights to come in at 8.30 and leave at 5pm! I feel that your total conviction to the company is seriously lacking and unfair to the other members. You never offer to go the extra mile after hours or come into the office to help with anything that might be over your day to day workload. You also ensure that the majority of your appointments are scheduled to end near home, so that you can be home in the shortest amount of time without the need to return to the office, most of that time I suspect you are always home before 5 o'clock.
This does not go unnoticed by other members of staff and I don’t believe you set a good example of an OWNER of DIGICAPE.
K, this is in now way a criticism to your “workload” as you do work “hard”, but as someone who owns exactly the same percentage of Digicape as you, it annoys me personally to see your active contribution and willingness to go the extra mile, where I work my ass off 200% for the company to ensure its wellbeing.
Buddy, use it don’t use it, but I have to let you know how I feel and if this upsets you I apologise but I stand by every word.
