I don't know how these kids do it either. Since we're in the 'deep south' here the humidity is totally deadly. The football coaches wear three monitors around their necks at all times. One is a lightning detector that goes off if there is a lightning strike within 25 miles of the field and they immediately go inside. The next is a temperature gauge - obvious function. The third is a heat index monitor. If the temp + humidity pushes the heat index over 110 degrees they immediately stop practice and go inside. There have been many kids who have died in practice because of the heat here. CRAZY!
