True, Snodderly & Kimmie, thank you so much for posting to me & the happy birthday wish. My parents are here now & it is very helpful. Although it is also very sad that my ex is not here. I remember in 2006, he went on a scuba diving trip & didn't get back until the day after my b'day. He was so upset & said he would never be gone on my b'day again. I still miss him so bad.
Well, I got another email from my ex's friend's wife. Here is what she said: Heard that L and the troll are on their way back to Laos. Her one friend apparently lined him up with a job in Vientiene (the capital city). My friend has never said her name, she has always called her the troll or the evil woman or a Bit.....
From what I have understood that at one point my ex was going to come back to the states & live with his brother for 3 months while he looked for another job. According to my friend in Thailand, she didn't think they could afford both of them to come back. So, I have a strong feeling that she didn't want him back in the states without her & that is why they both stayed there. From what they told family members, it was cheaper to live in Thailand than for them to come back here. Just another excuse. I believe she wants to keep him out of the US.
My Mom & I went to see my friend today that has the shingles, she is much better. Still in pain but she is also starting to itch now, so she is on the mend. I had made her a couple of things for her to eat & took them over there. She was so happy to see us, she didn't stop talking the whole time we were there. I know she has felt everyone's prayers & I want to thank you all. She has really been sick & she has had them worse than anyone I've ever heard of but at least she is getting better.
