Silent Cheerleader, I filed for the same reason..my emotional and mental health. He's said he's been "emotionally checked out" of the marriage for over 2 years now. He's been involved with the VP of his company for at least 6 months to a year and we always told each other that was the "deal breaker." I never thought we would divorce, I loved him so very much (my old husband). Perhaps one day he'll come to his senses and realize what he lost. We had such a great life together...what happened to it??
