Her motion for a psych exam of me was denied outright. Her motion for an attorney to be appointed to represent my daughter was denied outright. Her motion for mediation (i.e. settling out of court) was postponed indefinitely but she has to pay for it 100% if it comes up again.
So I win all around. The only one that concerned me was the psych exam of me - not because I'm crazy but because it would have delayed things again.
