THIS MATTER coming on 27 July 2009, was submitted on the Plaintiff's Motion for Psychological Evaluation, Motion for Guardian ad Litem and Motion for Mediation, and the Defendant's Response. Upon due consideration of same, and with argument of counsel, the Court is of the opinion that the following order is due to be entered. Accordingly, it is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court: 1. That the Plaintiff's Motion for Psychological Evaluation is denied. 2. That the Plaintiff's Motion for the Appointment of Guardian ad Litem is denied. 3. That the Plaintiff's Motion for Mediation is continued generally.
